Congress or Carnival?
Posted December 14th, 2007 by HeatherThe Chicago Salsa Congress and the Winter Salsa Carnival in Toronto are only a month apart. I'd love to go to either of them but can't afford both.
So those who have been - which is better? or if you can't decide, what are the pros/cons of both.
Thanks!!
