Greetings Salseros!

Let's say you walk into an Ice Cream parlor...up on the board you see specials for 5 different flavors of ice cream. The store has pictures of what the flavors of ice cream look like, you're craving the taste and overall it doesn't really matter because how can you lose? You're about to have some ice cream!!!! Each flavor has distinct attributes that may cause you to choose one over the other...but it's so hard!

This Saturday November 8th at the Motor City Salseros Salsa Social it will feel like you're in that parlor because when you're there you'll get to choose one of five different DJ's!

That's right, it's the finals of the second annual Battle of the Salsa DJ's contest!

The Mix n Mingle series continues at Nina's Rhythm & Spirits! Hosts Renee Orr and Roger of New Carribean are offering another after work happening with delicious international buffet, premier salsa instructions, and open dancing. The mingler happens this Thursday starting at 6:00 PM and continues all night with DJ Issac spinnging 90% salsa and and Elaine Marerro of Troy Dance studio providing lessons.

Hello Everyone:
I just want to stop by and say hi, its been a while that i dont go to Michigan to play Good Salsa and have a good time w ith one of the most progresive and beautiful crowd in the salsa scene nowadays. I personally would like to thanks all the Promoters , dj's, dancers :Troy Dance, (Elaine & Mirza) Pura Salsa Party (Ashley ) dj Isaac, etc.
I cant hardly wait to visit Michigan again, great places, great people, but unfortunately gas prices are damaging the travelling aspect, my props to a scene thats is fast growing , with gigantic steps!

The evening begins at 9 p.m. wiith a free salsa lesson followed by the music of DJ Isaac..it's going to be another fantastic night of salsa music and dancing, come join us for the October Motor City Salseros Salsa Social!

Located in Troy Michigan, the Troy Dance Studio Salsa Social offers a posh studio environment for dancing and mingling. The salsa social is held once a month on Saturday nights and features the occasional performance by professional dancers. Never been to one? Read the Review!

Our salsa social is normally held on the second Saturday of each month, however this month we're moving up the social one week and holding it this Saturday October 4th. This will be a one time happening, the social will return to the second Saturday in November on the 8th which will be quite an exciting night because it will be the finals of the Battle of the Salsa DJ's!
