Thanksgiving Night Salsa @ Sky Club TONIGHT!

As is tradition, for Thanksgiving night Sky Club switches the usual Latin Thursdays to Salsa night and waives the cover charge. Much for which to be thankful! DJ Cisco will be there spinning Salsa all night long and you can burn off the Turkey and dressing to the best sounds around.

Sangria is going all out for Thanksgiving Eve - biggest bar night of the year - with 2 levels of dancing. Upstairs at Skyclub will be a top-40 / reggaeton dance night but downstairs will feature DJ Cisco and a latin them with Salsa, Bachatta, Merengue and Reggateon.

DJ Saif Returns!

I had danced myself into a state of extreme exhaustion. It took a whole week to recover! Normally I don’t get to dance that much but this time I made sure to steal a lot of them. My thanks and apologies to the team for covering for me while I was out there dancin’ it up! I don’t know what got into me, maybe it was all those insanely awesome salsa tracks that Saif was spinning all night. I just could not stop moving!

Club TV hosts Cleveland's Sammy De Leon on Saturday July 12th for a night of latin dancing in addition to DJs Cisco & Carlos Seda. Sammy only makes a few trips a year to Detroit so its a great chance to catch him.

Salsa Detroit will also be filming for their upcoming commercial so here is your opportunity to get some well deserved camera time.

This night starts with a Mexican themed dinner along with a live Mariachi band and continues on with latin music downstairs and top 40 upstairs in the Sky Club. The address may sound familiar -- it used to be Half-Past 3. The building has been remodeled to include as you might guess to have lots of TVs and TV seating, as well, the old dance floor has been resurfaced.

They offer 2 rooms to provide the most variety in a Latin night and feature bands monthly.
