Its just my opinion but i'd pick another night for this. Paul and salsadetroit are doing their new once a month event at
Royal oak and I think there will be a lot of people going to that including myself.

Peking House?? Why??
peking house... ew. has anyone ever been to a party there? it's gross... and the dance floor is SUPER small. this is definitely not the place for a big group of dancers.
i'm going to both parties in dearborn - heard great things about both places. wouldn't miss either.
I agree.
I've been there. The food is okay, but the upstairs is very small and connected to the kitchen. Doesn't leave much room to dance.
Peking House - Royal Oak
Hello Everyone,
This was a very good subject brought up by ‘Anonymous Person.’
It is true…the dance floor is very small (the way it is now). We will be providing a floor extension for the Feb. 6th Party. With the extension, the dance floor will be a very nice size. The owners of Peking House agreed that if the Feb. 6th party proves a success….then they will re-model the entire floor!!! This is the same agreement I had with Woody’s.
Also…upstairs of Peking House is very nice and spacious!! Not sure when the last time ‘Anonymous Person’ was there….but it has a beautiful set up, good lighting system, no-smoking atmosphere, stage area for live bands, clean bathrooms, cheap drink prices, free water & positive energy.
On Feb. 6th ……Metro Detroit Salsa will be hosting the event. Peking House will be providing a complimentary buffet from 8-9pm. Marc Brewer will teach the Salsa Lesson from 9-10. DJ Abel will spin: Salsa, Merengue & Bachata with percussionists Obed Succari & Dan Schmatz jamming live beside him on the stage. Live dancers will shake their maracas on stage. We will have a door raffle with cool prizes. Cuatro Cirios will be giving away samples and merchandise. DanceSole shoe Co. will have a display set-up. Plus… Opes Media will be filming this event.
Peking House is in a great location with plenty of parking. I believe that all Salseros/as will love this venue. With everyone’s support, we can make this the new destination for Salsa Saturday Nights.

Hola Salseros.. Como estan?
So would like to encourage serious dancers to come out to Club Tipico this Saturday Feb 6th. It sounds like a wonderful place per usual for Ms. Match and is slotted as a one time event. I will be teaching the lesson and will present a class at any level that all of you may want. Salsa or Cha-Cha, your choice.. Let's get some new, hot moves in preparation for the Chicago salsa congress for those of you eager to put your best foot forward..Cool??
So get your outfits, dancing/ballroom shoes and let's do it up at Club Tipico for this one special Saturday and show Dearborn what Salseros can do on the dance floor!!
