El Sonero del siglo XXI: Herman Olivera Singer's Workshop

C.L.A.V.E. (Community of Latino Artists Visionaries & Educatiors) along with the Concert of Colors presents a Singers Workshop with Herman Olivera, world class sonero. This event is the third in the series of Art Jams in Southwest Detroit to build up to the Unity Concert in Clark Park in September. The workshop will be held at Cafe Con Leche at 1pm 2826 Bagley off of West Vernor and 75fwy in the new Mercado by the Ambassador Bridge. This event it co-sponsored with the Concert of Colors where that evening at the Orchestra Hall the 20th Anniversary of the Machito Orchestra will be performing. So salseros put on your dancing shoes and show off this night for this is an historic event in homage to classic salsa. Herman Olivera, featured in Latin Beat Magazine last month, will be showcasing his floetic skills on stage. Both events are FREE FREE FREE!
