Staying hydrated on a hot day

With the unusually warm weather today I hope everyone stays hydrated at the YA Salsa Social. I don't know if it's better to drink water beforehand or during an event like this...is there a doctor in the house?? Ken???? :) Should be a great time tonight... Glenn H

Thanks for pointing this out Glenn! I think everyone should show up well hydrated. Thing to keep in mind is that once you are really thirsty you are already dehyrated so you need to have the pump primed early on. Don't drink too much water too quickly either when it gets hot either -- try to drink water at a steady rate.

It does get hot so it's good to bring a face towel and change of shirts too.
