Latin Night at the Renaissance Club was very cool!

This past Friday I went to the Salsa night at the Renaissance Club on the 36th floor of the Renaissance center!! This event was put on by Renee and a VERY cool guy Roger!! The cost was ONLY ten dollars and included great food, a GORGEOUS view of the river and Detroit skyline, a free salsa AND Bachata lesson and some old and new faces!! I would have paid just for the view!!! It is a beautiful space with a small but adequate dance floor for the space!! I was a little dissapointed that there were not a few more salseros there so I am writing this in hopes that the next one on May 16th will be better attended by more salseros!! The great thing also was that it started at 6 with food, lessons at 7 and 8 and pretty much you could be finished by 10 and still get to The Harem for MORE dancing!! I say it's a great way to start a Friday night!! So show your Detroit salsa love and be there next time!!! Thanks Renee for organizing a great event!!
