Places to dance in or around downtown Chicago

I am in Chicago for a 2 day business trip and wondering what are the places to dance weekday nights specifically - Wednesday and Thursday. Looking for primarily Salsa music clubs, similar to the Harem. Thanks in advance.

Thursdays your best bet in downtown Chicago is Excalibur which has had one of the longest running Salsa nights in Chicago. I think their lessons start at 8:30 and it goes to 4am. It has 2 separate rooms one with Salsa and Cha Cha and another in which they have Bachata, Merengue and the like. I'm not sure if Buzz is still doing Wednesdays but that was a good place to dance too. I hope this helps. I'm kinda out of the loop about what's going on in Chicago. Been away too long.

Personally I prefer Wednesdays at Buzz, for those of us who have to get up early to go to work the next morning.
The free lesson (supposedly at 8:30) at Excalibur on Thursday is great, and the music is too. My problem is the time. If you show up at 8:25 the place is dead.
The free lesson at 8:30 actually starts at 8:45 or almost 9. Its an hour, so you are dancing on your own starting at 9:45 or 10. If you dance for two hours, you are leaving at midnight.
Buzz (about 4 blocks west) has a free lesson on Wednesday at 6:30. You can dance on your own for an hour or two, then get to bed in time to earn a living the next morning!
