good music and how to get it
WELL , there is a website called , descarga.com , they have a huge catalog of salsa music. you can find almost any band or group ,because what they do is that they are experts in finding the hard to get and the most rare salsa artists.
they also have a wide selection of the most newest realeses of almost any salsero in the industry, the only problem with this website is that sometimes it can take up to 1 to 3 weeks to deliver the music .thats just depending on the availability of the music ,because some times they order the cd 's from over seas or all over the world, but is worth the wait if you are a music lover .
Now ,if you want to keep it simple just go to the borders book store in birmingham mi. yes the one on woodward avenue ,why birmingham? because i been in diferent borders stores and they don't have a decent amount of salsa music thats why , or if you know the name of the artist that you are tryng to find you can order it at the store too
you can try barns & noble they have some salsa there too . i hope that thisinfo helps those who are tryng to have the good stuff.

My secret spot...
I have picked up a number of good discs the Record Collector in Ferndale. You have to look around because they don't specialize, but if you look through their "latin" boxes - of which they have a small section and literally a pile of boxes in the back, you can find some pretty cool stuff. That is where I ran into Celina Gonzales and Trabuco y Su Orchestra - really great music.

Record Collector is on the South side of nine mile 2 blocks west of Woodward. It is just across the street from Via Nove
