Latin Nightclubs play a mixture of latin music including salsa, merengue, bachata and reggaeton and provide room to dance. Many offer salsa lessons before the dance floor opens.

The Red Parrot Lounge has been one of Detroit's biggest latin nights over the last year, but that is coming to an end this Saturday as La Rumba moves to Club TV downtown.

Hosted by SalsaDetroit.com and located inside of the Holiday Inn in Southfield, the Red Parrot offers two rooms for dancing. The first features DJ Cisco with Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, the second with DJ Carlos Seda spinning hiphop, reggaeton and top 40.
