The salsa spotlite shines on Gotham during New York Salsa Congress Labor Day weekend. One of the premier salsa congresses in the world, NYC draws top talent from all over to mid-town. Temptingly located in the heart of Manhattan it is walking distance to great shopping, museums, restaurants and of course Central Park.

The Latin Jazz All Stars finish out Saturday Night on Saturday August 30th. It is an out door event so should be casual dress and comfy shoes! The surface is smoothe concrete so dance sneakers are ideal. I looked into this group and they do usually play danceable latin jazz and salsa!
